Lea Michele, Fergie, Beyonce and new artist Jazmine Sullivan glowed on the carpet for Billboard’s 5th Annual Women In Music awards at The Pierre Hotel yesterday in NYC, and each beauty showed off her own unique, delightful sense of style.

The "Glee" star was all smiles on the event looking very cute in a nude-colored variation of Giorgio Armani Resort 2011 strapless dress. Her look stayed minimalistic as her only accessories was a gorgeous pair of nude patent heels by Christian Louboutin. Lea kept it simple with the makeup as well - just softly defined eyes and my-lips-but-better type of lipstick.
I love this look, but I'd love it even more if it was new for the actress - we've seen her rocking the nude trend more than a couple of times.

Fergie looked a bit too casual but still chic. She wore a fun and stylish printed coat by Etro paired with skinny jeans by J Brand and black boots. Fringed suede bag, golden earrings and natural makeup and hair completed the look.
