Lady Gaga And Anja Rubik Cover i-D Magazine

   i-D Magazine turns up the heat with its steaming Exhibitionist issue for spring 2011 featuring two of our favourite famous ladies.

   Lady Gaga does her sexy-and-crazy thing rocking beautiful painted makeup and a piece for Mugler's latest collection. The Born This Way singer is lensed by Mariano Vivanc and styled by Nicola Formichetti.

   On the second cover shines Anja Rubik wearing nothing but her enviable birthsuit. She looks bolder and hotter than ever with an exaggerated winged eyeliner, berry lips and a rebellious nose ring. The photographer is  Emma Summerton and the styling is by Edward Enninful.

Zooey Deschanel For Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick

    Lipstick is one our favorite beauty products and I though it's advertisements are gorgeous, they seem a bit unnecessary.

   Beauty brands, however , think otherwise. Recently L'oreal delivered a red hot commercial with Gwen Stefani and now Rimmel follows their example by using Zooey Deschanel as a face of their Lasting Finish Lipstick campaign.

    The actress/singer looks almost too pretty wearing the "Heartbreaker" (016) shade of the lipstick, which is now said to have "an improved formula using advanced ingredients and a Color Protect technology in order to provide up to 25% more color impact than any other lipstick".  This year the brand adds 12 new shades to the already wide range of dazzling colors.

  We already saw the gorgeous photos from Chanel's “Coco Mademoiselle” campaign and now the brand gives us a senak peak of the video ad.
  Keira looks amazing - so chic and mysterious. Definately looking forward to the full video.

Lady Gaga For MAC Viva Glam Video

  As already announced,  Lady GaGa continues to represent MAC's Viva Glam collection in 2011, following her successful role in 2010.
  The fundraising beauty line has it's first ad in the form of a stunning video, featuring the bold singer. GaGa looks absolutely amazing and almost unearthly beautiful.

Natalie Portman Strips for "Miss Dior Cherie"

   We already enjoyed Natalie Portman's  captivating photo ad from the "Miss Dior Cherie" Spring 2011 campaign and now we get to see the equally magnificent video ad, directed by the amazing Sofia Coppola.

   The beautiful video features the actress in a Dior LBD seducing a dashing young male model. It's very French, very classy, playful and sexy - Natalie does exceptionally well as a model. We're definately looking forward to seeing the rest of the campaign, coming out in March.

Burberry Celebrates Love. S/S 2011 Collection

   Burberry will celebrate this February 14th by adding some Valentine's Day-inspired pieces to their highly-aticipated Spring/Summer 2011 collection.

   The lovely additions include red handbags of different styles as well as purses, keychains and even a sports watch to indulge your beloved one with.

   The model "couple" Sacha M’Baye and Jourdan Dunn present the designs in a cool dynamic video.

Sizzling "Black Allure" In Vogue Italia February 2011

   After it's iconic all-balck issue of July 2008, Vogue Italia does another anti-discrimination statement in it's February 2011 edition.

   The stunning ''Black Allure" editorial is lensed by Emma Summerton and features the gorgeous models  Chanel Iman, Ajak Deng, Arlenis Sosa Peña, Georgie Baddiel, Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls, Kinee Diouf, Lais Ribeiro, Melodie Monrose, Mia Aminata Niaria, Rose Cordero and Sessilee Lopez.

   The beauties are showing off pieces from the collections of Ferre, Jil Sander, Dolce and Gabbana, Alberta Ferretti, McQueen and much more.

   The 17-page spread offers an impressive array of stylish and luxurious looks. It puts to shame any magazine/designer who had prejudice agains black models.

Miu Miu Presents "Women's Tales "

   Miu Miu delivers the first short film of their "Women's Tales" series. Each of them expresses the view  of a talented female director towards the brand and features gorgeous models in luxurious setting and ,naturally, wearing pieces from the Spring/Summer 2011 collection of the fashion house.
   The first part of the series is directed by Zoe Cassavetes and features beauties Audrey Marnay, Caroline de Maigret, Line Gost and Sophie Vlaming. It is set in the glamorous London’s Claridges hotel.

    Here is what the director shared about her creation: 

  " I love the idea of a powder room, the ritual which takes place within them is very important for women. There’s something special about preparing yourself, a moment before the action takes place. I love the sense of intimacy. It’s a place away from men, where you can check out other women, and reglamorize yourself ready to face the world again.”

   The story is about women and their private moments so it’s allowed to be free and dreamy… the dreamy part was the most fun. And the glamour.”

Rihanna S&M Video Premiere!

   Rihanna delivers a hot new video for her next single from the abum "Loud" - S&M. The song is about Riri's love for kinky stuff and the singer's looks are all but boring.
   While glorifying chains and whips, she rocks a new do- big, curly and as fierce as ever. The fashion is also bold and daring: plenty of latex, skin-baring outfits and a newspaper-like dress.
   Bunny ears, eye patches, crowns and crazy fake eyelashes are just a few of the surprises in the video.

Must See! Prada Spring/Summer 2011 Video Campaign

   We already showed you the photo ads of Prada's Spring/Summer 2011 collection, shot by Steven Meisel, and now the video campaign has been released.
   It's even better than the photos and again features models Arizona Muse, Kinga Rajzak, Zuzanna Bijoch, Mariacarla Boscono and Tati Cotliar. They work the fabulous designs while dancing to a cool beat. 
   You simply can't miss it!

Gwen Stefani's Red-Hot L’Oreal Commercial

   As we learned last week, Gwen Stefani is the hot new spokeswoman of L'oreal Paris. The singer made her debut for the brand in a video commercial of Infallible LeRouge lip color, aired during the Golden Globes.
  Gwen looks stunning rocking bold red lips which have been her signature for many years, toghether with platinum blond hair of course.

H&M Spring Summer 2011 Lookbook + Video

  Not too long after H&M released their Winter 2010 Campaign, the Spring/Summer 2011 lookbook is out. Compared to ít's lengthy Alice + Olivia sister, this lookbook is on the shorter side, but contains some pretty great looks. 


 The collection has a retro fell to it as well as glamour, a pinch of boho chic and some resort-ready pieces.
 There are three main color groups that cover everything in the book - Warm (pink - salmon and hot and brown - ochre and sienna), Neutral (beige, white, black) and Cold (blue - navy, denim and teal). They are all lovely, almost universally flattering and perfect for a sunny Spring day or night.
  The silhouettes are mostly simple, elegant, yet interesting. Alongside gorgeous maxi dresses and long skirts, we see cute shorts and mini skirts. For the most part, the collection is rather casual and day-time-appropriate, containing pieces for both the rainy spring days and the hot summer ones, but there is a little something for the party girl.
  The Menswear is also a nice mixture of casual and formal, colored in navy and green.
  Overall, this collection is definitely something to look forward to in 2011.
