Leighton Meester Gets Geeky For Missoni Spring/Summer 2011

    Leighton Meester, one of the most sought-after stars for spring 2011, looks cute and fun in the anticipated ads for Missoni's Springs\Summer 2011 campaign.The actress rocks a geeky pair of glasses and a gorgeous smile, lensed by Juergen Teller.
   Leighton, however, is not the only celeb who was chosen by the brand. Socialites, artists, and royalty, including Eugenie Niarchos, Lissy von Thurn und Taxis, Tatiana Santo Domingo and Jaquetta Wheeler are all featured in the playful campaign, for which Angela Missoni said was inspired by the cover of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Leighton Meester Works It For Vera Wang "Princess".

  Leighton Meester is a busy girl. Apart from playing in "Gossip Girl", which, rumour has it, will stop when her contract expires in 2 years , she is also the face (hair) of Herbal Essences and Vera Wang's "Princess" perfume. But that's not all. She is also set to be in the Missoni's S/S 2011 ad campaign. 
  A close source tells:  
"Leighton is thrilled to be working with Missoni! She has such great style and has always loved their clothes."

 I approve of Missoni's decision - Leighton is perfect for the brand and everybody loves her right now. What do you think? Are you excited?
  2010's campaign of the Italian fashion house was certainly not my taste so let's hope 2011's will make up for it.
